Payment

With us, you can choose how you want to pay. The checkout process is encrypted, and your card information etc. is of course not stored by us. We currently offer the following payment options:

Bank and credit cards - You can use Visa, Mastercard and many other cards.

Vipps - We offer easy and fast payment via Vipps.

PayPal - If you have an account with PayPal, you can pay using that.

Klarna - If it is better to receive an invoice or split the payment, this is the option for you.

Shipping

All packages are sent out via our logistics partner Posten / Bring. Delivery times vary depending on your locale. All international shipments will be charged based on actual cost.

Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, the standard Norwegian right of return of 30 working days applies. We assume that the products are undamaged when we receive them. You must cover your own postage when taking advantage of the return scheme.

In the unlikely event of damaged or defective goods, we of course pay for return shipping. In some cases, we also accept documentation in the form of photographs.
